Yangju Urban Corporation Conducts Joint Fire Drill with Public Institutions Linked to Disaster Preparedness Regular Training

Gyeonggi Yangju Urban Corporation (President Lee Heung-gyu) announced on the 27th that it conducted the "2024 Disaster Preparedness Regular Training Linked Public Institution Joint Fire Drill" at the Yangju City Culture and Arts Center on the 22nd.

This training was conducted to improve initial response and mission performance capabilities in the event of a fire accident. About 30 people, including Yangju Urban Corporation employees and tenant organizations, participated, and the training was carried out as if it were a real situation.

The training covered overall fire safety topics such as △actions to take in case of fire △evacuation guidance methods △fire extinguisher use and management △indoor fire hydrant usage, as well as rescue procedures during fires including cardiopulmonary resuscitation emergency treatment methods.

President Lee Heung-gyu said, “Participating directly in this fire drill allowed me to raise awareness about fire safety,” and added, “We will continue to do our best in building safety management through ongoing fire drills and education in the future.”
