The mother of Ham Eun-jung, a member of the group ‘T-ara’ and an actress, has passed away.
On the 27th, her agency Mask Studio announced, "We express our deep sorrow and heartfelt condolences on the passing of Ham Eun-jung’s mother." They added, "We ask for comfort and consideration so that Ham Eun-jung and her bereaved family can spend time mourning together," and "We sincerely pray for the deceased’s peaceful rest and extend our deepest sympathies to the family."
Ham Eun-jung debuted as a child actress in 1996 on KBS 1TV’s ‘New Generation Report - Adults Don’t Know.’ Since 2009, she has been active as a member of the group T-ara. Last month, she held a fan meeting in Macau to celebrate her 15th anniversary since debut. She is also active as an actress, appearing in the KBS 1TV daily drama ‘Lucky Us,’ which ended last October.
The funeral is being held at the Seoul Asan Medical Center funeral hall, with the funeral procession scheduled for the 29th.
