22 Detailed Projects and 17 Tasks Confirmed for 2025
The Gyeongbuk Yeongdeok-gun Community Security Council (Co-Chairs: Kim Gwang-yeol, Yeongdeok-gun Governor, and Lee Hee-won, CEO of the Social Welfare Corporation House of Rest and Peace) held the '2024 2nd Representative Council Meeting' on the 26th at the county office's 1st conference room, with 17 representative council members in attendance.

At this meeting, the annual implementation plan for next year of the 5th Community Security Plan (2023?2026) was reviewed, and reports on this year's Community Security Council operations and information about the upcoming activity report meeting were also shared.
Accordingly, based on the 5th Community Security Plan, the council approved the establishment of 22 detailed projects under the local government’s social security business strategy and 17 detailed tasks under the community security development strategy, under the slogan "Yeongdeok, a Good Place to Live, Cultivated Together."
Co-Chair Lee Hee-won commented, "This was an important opportunity to prepare concrete execution plans to ensure that Yeongdeok-gun’s social security projects are carried out systematically and effectively," evaluating the meeting.
Co-Chair Kim Gwang-yeol encouraged, "Let us actively cooperate by combining the efforts of the public and private sectors so that the community security plan is effectively implemented, improving the lives of residents and realizing a sustainable welfare community."
