December 3rd at 10 AM, 500 million issued... Brokerage fee reduced to 2% for franchisee burden, consumers can use restaurants at a 15% permanent discount
Gwanak-gu (Mayor Park Jun-hee) will issue the 'Gwanak Ttaenggyeoyo Gift Certificate' for the first time to alleviate the high delivery commission fees burdening local small business owners and to allow residents to use the Gwanak-style public delivery app at discounted prices.
The 'Gwanak Ttaenggyeoyo Gift Certificate' is a mobile-only gift certificate that can be used on the public delivery app 'Ttaenggyeoyo.'
By using the gift certificate on 'Ttaenggyeoyo' for delivery orders, customers can enjoy delivery food at a cheaper price than private delivery apps.
Sales of the gift certificates will begin at 10 a.m. on December 3, and they can be purchased at a 15% discount through the 'SeoulPay+' app.
The purchase limit is up to 200,000 KRW per person per month, with a holding limit of 1,000,000 KRW. The gift certificates can be used for 12 months from the date of purchase.
'Ttaenggyeoyo' is a mobile-only app created by Shinhan Bank and operated in collaboration with Gwanak-gu to reduce the high commission fees of private delivery apps.
On the 25th, Gwanak-gu signed a business agreement with Shinhan Bank, the operator of 'Ttaenggyeoyo,' to lower the commission fees for affiliated stores using the delivery app and help increase their sales.
Under this agreement, affiliated stores located in Gwanak-gu can benefit from a low 2% commission fee, free advertising fees, no monthly fixed fees, and no store entry fees.
