According to the video, on the 18th, a middle-aged woman standing dazed on a street in Geumcheon-gu, Seoul, staggered as if feeling unwell and then suddenly sat down on the ground. Concerned citizens approached to help, but the collapsed woman was unable to communicate. Eventually, after a citizen's report, a police officer from Baeksan Police Substation of Geumcheon Police Station was dispatched.
