LG CNS announced on the 27th that it has been selected as an educational company for the K-Digital Training Academy, a talent development program organized by the Ministry of Employment and Labor, and is recruiting the first batch of trainees for the 'LG CNS AM Inspire Camp' until the 3rd of next month.


K-Digital Training is a program designed for job seekers preparing for advanced industry fields. To cultivate experts who can be deployed in industrial sites, companies or training institutions leading Korea's cutting-edge IT technologies are selected to provide educational curricula. The program offers training in a total of 9 digital fields including ▲Artificial Intelligence (AI) ▲Cloud ▲Internet of Things (IoT) ▲Metaverse ▲Blockchain ▲Big Data, as well as 12 advanced industry fields such as ▲Secondary Batteries ▲Robotics ▲Drones ▲Bio ▲Energy.


LG CNS was selected as the company responsible for cloud education among the 9 digital fields. In particular, it will provide specialized education in the cloud new technology area of AM (Application Modernization).


The first LG CNS AM Inspire Camp will run for about six months from the 20th of next month to June 26th of the following year. The education consists of two curricula: theory and practical courses. For four months, trainees will receive theoretical education covering essential elements of AM technology, AI utilization methods, and the latest IT trends. The theoretical education will be conducted online.


For the remaining two months, in-house DX (Digital Transformation) experts will provide practical technical training based on actual AM projects. The practical training projects include ▲Smart Store Automated Ordering System ▲Mobile Employee ID Management System ▲Learning Achievement Diagnosis Service ▲Smart Factory Equipment Management System ▲Autonomous Driving ▲Financial Service Monitoring System Construction. These sessions will be held offline at Dongguk University Seoul Campus.


LG CNS will select a double-digit number of trainees for this first program. Anyone who has graduated or is expected to graduate from domestic or overseas universities (including graduate schools) and is eligible for the National Tomorrow Learning Card can apply regardless of their major. Applicants with majors or practical experience related to cloud, generative AI, or programming will be given preference.


Selected trainees will also receive employment mentoring from LG CNS cloud experts during the training period. Additionally, trainees will receive full tuition support and a monthly training incentive. They can also participate in employment support programs hosted by LG CNS, such as 'Meet Up Day' and recruitment briefings.


Ko Youngmok, Chief Human Resources Officer (CHO, Executive Director) of LG CNS, stated, "LG CNS will do its best to nurture the next generation of DX young talents for the development of Korea's digital sector."
