Wando-gun "Heal Yourself by Walking the Cheongsando Autumn Foliage Trail"

Free Photo Shooting and Printing Event Also Held

Wando-gun, Jeollanam-do announced on the 26th that it will hold the Autumn Foliage Festival for four days from the 29th of this month to the 2nd of next month in the Slow City Cheongsando.

According to the county, the Cheongsando Autumn Foliage Trail is Slow Road Course 9, approximately 3.2 km from the water source entrance to Jiri Cheongsong Beach, and takes about one hour on foot.

Along the 3 km road from Jinsan-ri to Jiri, 30-year-old maple trees form a long tunnel that catches the eyes of tourists. It is especially an ideal course for enjoying a walk or a drive by car.

During the event, the Cheongsando photography club ‘Photo Factory’ will provide free photo shooting and printing services for locals and tourists. In addition, the Milky Way photo outing program ‘Starry Cheongsando’ will also be held.

A Cheongsan-myeon official said, “The Cheongsando Autumn Foliage Festival is an event created by the local residents. We hope visitors enjoy the beautiful scenery of Cheongsando’s green mountains and sea, as well as the late autumn atmosphere.”
