Democratic Party's False Comment on 'Hangang Bus'... "Go to the Shipyard, Touch It Once, Then Write"

Democratic Party's False Comment on 'Hangang Bus'... "Go to the Shipyard, Touch It Once, Then Write" Mayor Oh Se-hoon and Joo Yong-tae, Head of the Future Hangang Headquarters, riding the Hangang bus

Chae Su-ji, spokesperson for the People Power Party in the Seoul Metropolitan Council (People Power Party, Yangcheon 1), criticized the Democratic Party's false commentary regarding the Han River bus launching ceremony on the 26th, saying, "Democratic Party's false commentary, go to the shipyard and touch the Han River bus once before writing."

Below is the full statement from spokesperson Chae.

On the 25th, the Han River bus launching ceremony was held at sea in Sanam-myeon, Sacheon-si, Gyeongnam. Many People Power Party city council members, including Seoul Metropolitan Council Chairperson Choi Ho-jung, People Power Party representative Lee Seong-bae, the chairperson and members of the Housing and Space Committee, and the vice-chairperson of the Environment and Water Resources Committee, attended and observed the launching ceremony site.

However, none of the Democratic Party city council members, who appear to be full of daily concerns for citizens by pointing out the problems of the Han River bus, attended. Instead of making the effort to come a long way and verify with their own eyes, they only issued false commentary claiming that "the launching ceremony was held before the Han River bus construction was completed."

In a few hours, many people will see the Han River bus floating on the sea, and various media outlets will surely cover it. It is truly strange and bizarre to imagine them sitting in their rooms typing on keyboards, spreading the lie that "the launching ceremony was held with an incomplete ship."

How could the Democratic Party know the completeness of the ship without even visiting the shipyard once? If the ship was not completed, does that mean they launched a paper boat at the ceremony?

The Democratic Party, which claims that the Han River bus is a deception to the public, is mocking citizens by scribbling easily exposed lies like "keyboard warriors" from their rooms. If they truly cared about the citizens, they would have gone to the shipyard to touch and check whether it was a paper boat or a real ship.

No matter how much you say white is black, white still looks white. Many people actually toured the interior of the Han River bus at yesterday’s launching ceremony and witnessed the ship being floated on the sea, celebrating the event. The Democratic Party may be able to float a false paper boat by typing on keyboards, but we launched the Han River bus on the sea of truth yesterday.
