NH Investment & Securities announced on the 26th that it will募集 8 types of online-exclusive equity-linked securities (ELS) with a limit of 41 billion KRW until the 29th.
The online-exclusive NH NOW ELS No. 478,募集 until the 29th, is a product that reduces the possibility of principal loss with a knock-in barrier of 20%. It is a 3-year maturity product based on Tesla as the underlying asset. If the underlying asset price is at least 80% (at 6, 12, and 18 months), 75% (at 24 months), 70% (at 30 months), or 65% (at 36 months) of the initial reference price on the early redemption evaluation date, it pays an annual pre-tax return of 9.00% and is redeemed early. Even if early redemption does not occur, if none of the underlying assets have fallen below 20% of the initial reference price until the maturity evaluation date, it pays an annual pre-tax return of 9.00%. However, if any of the underlying assets have fallen below 20% of the initial reference price at any time and at maturity any of them are below 65%, principal loss of up to 100% may occur according to the maturity redemption conditions.
