Kyobo Securities Signs MOU with Kyobo DTS and Lambda256 for STO Business

Kyobo Securities announced on the 26th that it signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) on the 25th at its Yeouido headquarters with Kyobo DTS and Lambda256 to promote the STO (Security Token Offering) issuance and distribution business.

Kyobo DTS is a system integration (SI) specialized company affiliated with the Kyobo Group, and Lambda256 is a blockchain core technology company affiliated with Dunamu.

This agreement aims to create a digital asset ecosystem and discover new businesses based on blockchain technology. Kyobo Securities will serve as the account management institution, while Kyobo DTS and Lambda256 will be responsible for blockchain solution technology development and consulting.

In particular, Kyobo Securities plans to focus on expanding digital financial services by combining Kyobo DTS's technology platform with Lambda256's global blockchain solutions, leveraging its expertise in the digital asset finance sector.

Lee Seok-ki, CEO of Kyobo Securities, said, "This collaboration will be an important opportunity to present a new paradigm for the digital economy transition," adding, "We will enhance the reliability and accessibility of the digital asset market and introduce innovative user-centered services."

Meanwhile, Kyobo Securities has been strengthening its competitiveness in new businesses by expanding digital financial business based on change and innovation, such as signing a memorandum of understanding for strategic collaboration with SBI Digital Markets in August to pursue the token securities new business.
