'Outback' 'bhc' Dining Brands Group, Open Recruitment for New College Graduates

Marketing, Purchasing, Store Operations, and 6 Other Departments

Dining Brands Group announced on the 26th that it will conduct an open recruitment for new college graduate employees for 2024 until the 9th of next month to create jobs for young people and discover and nurture talent in the food service industry. Dining Brands Group currently operates Outback, bhc Chicken, Changgo43, and Keunmom Halmae Sundaeguk, among others.

The recruitment targets are graduates of four-year universities and graduate schools or university students who are expected to graduate by February next year. The recruitment fields include ▲Marketing ▲Purchasing ▲Store Operations Management ▲Menu Development ▲Design ▲Human Resources (HRD) ▲Finance ▲Overseas Business ▲IT, totaling nine departments.

The recruitment process starts with document screening, followed by the first round of practical interviews and the second round of executive interviews, with the final successful candidates announced thereafter. Applications can be submitted through major recruitment sites such as JobKorea and Saramin until December 9.

The final successful candidates will be hired as regular employees immediately without a separate internship period, with the employment start date scheduled for January to February next year.

Dining Brands Group plans to establish a talent development team and provide a systematic training program so that successful candidates can develop various competencies.
