Ryu Kyung-gi, District Mayor, and Meritorious Taxpayers Attending the Meritorious Taxpayer Commendation Ceremony

Jungnang-gu (Mayor Ryu Gyeong-gi) awarded commendations to exemplary taxpayers who diligently paid their taxes and contributed to the financial stability of the district on the 22nd.

At this award ceremony, one corporation and four individuals were selected as the 2024 Jungnang-gu Exemplary Taxpayers.

To promote a culture of sincere tax payment, the district established the 'Exemplary Taxpayer Support Ordinance' in 2022 and selected awardees through the review of the Local Tax Deliberation Committee.

The selected exemplary taxpayers receive benefits such as exemption from tax audits conducted by the district for three years, a commendation from the mayor, and one year of free parking fees at district-operated public and affiliated parking lots.

Mayor Ryu Gyeong-gi of Jungnang-gu said, “We deeply appreciate the exemplary taxpayers who have faithfully paid their taxes, and we will do our best to create a trustworthy and proud Jungnang-gu.”
