Yangju City, Gyeonggi Province (Mayor Kang Su-hyun) announced on the 25th that the 3070-401 Unit Running Club ‘R2B (President Nam Dong-hyun)’ visited the city hall on the 22nd and donated 100 boxes of ramen (worth approximately 1 million KRW) to be used for neighbors in need within the region.

This donation was collected by club members saving 1,000 KRW for every 10,000 steps they walked daily, and it will be delivered to vulnerable groups in the area through the Gyeonggi Social Welfare Community Chest.
President Nam Dong-hyun said, “With the hope that my small help can be a great strength to neighbors in need around us, we proceeded with the donation again this year with the members,” adding, “We will continue to protect our health through running and become a unit running club R2B that also protects the local community.”
Mayor Kang Su-hyun of Yangju City stated, “We will cherish and deliver the warm hearts shown by R2B to neighbors in need so that they can have great strength to continue their lives.”
Meanwhile, the R2B Running Club has been continuously engaged in sharing culture activities, including donating 100 boxes of ramen each in May and December 2023.
