This program was designed to provide female college students preparing for successful employment with an opportunity to strengthen their customized image making and personal branding capabilities. Additionally, participants were given guidance on female-tailored employment support policies and services provided by the Gyeonggi-do Job Foundation, offering practical help for future job preparation.
The main content of the program included personalized image consulting through personal color diagnosis and skeletal and body shape analysis. Experts provided students with interview image making, appropriate business manners, and styling tips based on their physical characteristics, receiving great responses.
In particular, participants were able to learn practical image production know-how using the 2024 S/S color trends.
One student who participated in the program said, “I gained confidence by learning the process of creating my own image beyond just preparing for employment,” adding, “The instructor’s customized advice was especially helpful.”
Jang In-ho, head of the University Job Plus Center, stated, “This program was characterized by providing customized strategies to enhance female college students’ employment competitiveness,” and added, “We plan to continue operating various programs to support women’s employment and capacity building.”
