At 6:48 p.m. on the 24th, an accident occurred at a golf course located in Bangok-ri, Taean-eup, Taean-gun, Chungnam, where Ms. A (30, female) was playing night golf with her husband and others and was struck by a golf club.
As a result of the accident, Ms. A suffered serious facial injuries including dental damage and was transported to the hospital for treatment.
An official from the Taean Fire Department stated, "It was an accident where she was struck by her husband's golf club while playing golf, and it appears it was not intentional."
It was reported that no safety accident report was filed with the police.
