SNT Motive Achieves Honor as Best Supplier from Global Companies

Applied Materials, GM, BorgWarner Recognized in Global Corporate Evaluations

Global Competitiveness in Auto Parts and Semiconductor Equipment Components, Positive Foundation for Future Business Established

SNT Motive (064960) was recognized for its competitiveness by receiving top supplier awards from global companies throughout 2024.

SNT Motive, which operates in the semiconductor equipment parts business, received an Excellence Supplier Award in March at its headquarters in Busan from Applied Materials, a global leader in material engineering solutions used to produce new chips and advanced displays worldwide.

This award was given to 16 companies worldwide that demonstrated outstanding technological capabilities and operational performance in areas such as quality, service, delivery time, shipping, cost, and rapid response. In Korea, only two companies, including SNT Motive, were honored with this award.

In June, SNT Motive also received the Supplier Quality Excellence Award from the global automotive company GM (General Motors). SNT Motive was recognized for the quality competitiveness of its drive units, a core component of electric vehicles, positioning it to gain a competitive edge when GM’s electric vehicle drive unit business progresses.

Additionally, in September, SNT Motive received the Supplier of the Year award from BorgWarner, a global automotive parts company, in Paris, France. This award was given to only 14 out of over 3,500 automotive parts suppliers to BorgWarner worldwide, with SNT Motive receiving excellent evaluations in quality, delivery, price, and collaboration.

SNT Motive was selected as a strategic partner and priority negotiation candidate for BorgWarner’s new business, laying a positive foundation for future ventures.
