Cumulative Sales of 30 Billion KRW and 540,000 Units Sold in 6 Hours
Over 9,000 Visitors in Three Days at Popup Event
Musinsa announced on the 25th that its largest annual discount event, 'Mujinjang 24 Winter Black Friday' (Mujinjang Winter Bl프), recorded cumulative sales of 30 billion KRW within just 6 hours of its launch.
According to Musinsa, this winter Black Friday event, which started at 7 PM on the 24th, reached this sales figure around 1 AM on the 25th, just 6 hours later. The cumulative number of products sold during the same period was 540,000. Breaking it down by time, approximately 90,000 products were sold per hour, or about 25 products per second.

As of 7 AM on the 25th, the cumulative sales amount has exceeded 36 billion KRW. Additionally, discount coupons celebrating the achievement of 30 billion KRW in sales, which were given to the first 3,000 customers, were all claimed within one minute.
On the first day of the event, sales performance was particularly strong in the outerwear and footwear categories, which offered additional discounts. Outerwear products such as Thisisneverthat’s 'Pertex T Down Jacket' and DopeJason’s 'Solid Suede Mouton Jacket' achieved high sales in a short time. Sneakers and winter footwear from global brands like Nike, Adidas, Puma, and UGG also ranked high in real-time rankings.
Musinsa’s offline stores also attracted many visitors to brand collaboration pop-ups. The 'Musinsa Store Hongdae,' which hosted an exclusive discount pop-up for Insaillence, saw an average of about 7,300 visitors per day. The 'Musinsa Store Seongsu@Daerim Warehouse,' which featured a North Face pop-up, experienced a roughly 50% increase in daily transaction volume compared to the previous weekend.
There was also an open-run phenomenon. The pop-up store held in Seongdong-gu, Seoul, themed 'Mujinjang Outlet Pop-up IN Seongsu,' attracted over 9,000 visitors and sold more than 7,000 products from the 22nd to the 24th. A second pop-up event is scheduled to take place from the 29th to the 1st of next month.
A Musinsa representative said, "Customers who prefer brand fashion while aiming for reasonable consumption show strong support and interest in the Mujinjang sale every year. Meanwhile, Mujinjang 24 Winter Black Friday will continue until December 4th at both online and offline stores.
