On the 24th, Big Hit Music announced that Jin held a special fan event called "Merry Run Around" at the carousel in Lotte World Adventure, Songpa-gu, Seoul, in the morning.

This event was held to celebrate the release of his first solo album, "Happy." It attracted attention for being conducted in a completely different way from a typical fan signing event.

Before Lotte World opened that day, Jin met with 50 fans and greeted them, saying, "I wanted to hold a fan signing event, but I thought it would be boring if I just did it normally, so I came up with this idea. I hope you like it."

Jin warmly greeted each fan who came to the carousel as it rotated. He wore various fan signing items prepared by ARMY, and laughter continued at the scene.

The event was planned as a 1:1 experience where Jin and each fan would ride the carousel once together. However, Jin requested to ride two laps with each fan, saying there was not enough time to talk with them. A representative from the agency said that Jin rode the carousel over 100 times that day to meet with fans.

After the event, Jin shared his thoughts, saying, "If I were to pick the happiest moments since my discharge, it would be the '2024 FESTA' on June 13 and last week's fan showcase celebrating the release of 'Happy.' I believe that if I work hard, everyone can be happy and enjoy themselves. I will work even harder so we can meet more often in the future." Additionally, Jin gave all the fans who visited the site free admission tickets to Lotte World and special gifts.

Jin’s first solo album "Happy" is performing well on global charts. In just three days of tracking, it topped Japan’s Oricon Weekly Digital Album Ranking (tracking period November 11?17). The album’s title track "Running Wild" achieved his personal best solo song rankings immediately after release, reaching 8th on Spotify’s Daily Top Songs Global and 25th on the UK Official Singles Chart.
