Selected as a project by the Gyeonggi-do Disabled Sports Association, this event saw the participation of about 100 disabled and non-disabled individuals. They used the Yangju Ddakttaguri Training Center as a base camp and walked together along a total 7 km course following the nearby trail and the Pocheon Sanjeong Lake trail. The course was designed without steep slopes or obstacles to allow anyone to participate comfortably, receiving positive responses from the participants.
Kim Heung-su, Director of the Uijeongbu City Disabled Sports Association, stated, "Through this trekking competition, disabled and non-disabled people came together to enjoy healing time in nature," and added, "We will continue to actively support the health improvement and social participation of disabled people through various sports activities."
