Chung-Ang University announced on the 23rd that it has signed an academic-industry exchange agreement with the Korea Institute of Industrial Technology to promote joint research and discover outstanding research personnel.
Through this agreement, the two institutions will mutually share information in the fields of human-centered production technology and carbon-neutral production research, and work together to discover talented individuals and promote industry-academia-research cooperation. Lee Sang-mok, President of the Korea Institute of Industrial Technology, stated, "Through innovative and progressive forms of academic-industry exchange cooperation, we will actively strive to plan research projects in various fields such as artificial intelligence and next-generation mobility, and foster mutual development between the two institutions."
Park Sang-gyu, President of Chung-Ang University, emphasized, "The agreement between the university and government-funded research institutes acts as a driving force to produce positive outcomes such as outstanding publications and winning large-scale research projects," adding, "I believe that through an innovative and advanced cooperation model between Chung-Ang University and the Korea Institute of Industrial Technology, we will be able to overcome the limitations of existing research."
