This agreement aims to expand the 'Child Proper Growth Support Project,' and through the partnership, the two institutions plan to link infant and young child health checkups with the Child Proper Growth Support Project to promote healthy growth and development of children.
In particular, if parents bring a recommendation letter from the Childcare Support Center, they will receive a 10% discount on non-insured medical fees, providing practical support to reduce the financial burden on families.
Before signing the agreement, the two institutions held a roundtable meeting to discuss mutual cooperation measures to support the healthy growth and development of infants and young children. During the meeting, they exchanged views on the importance of the Child Proper Growth Support Project and the need for collaboration, and based on this, they concretized practical support plans through the agreement.
A center official stated, "We are actively promoting the Child Proper Growth Support Project in cooperation with 15 related organizations, and through this agreement, we plan to expand various services for the healthy growth and development of children."
Meanwhile, the 'Child Proper Growth Support Project' is a specialized project introduced by Gwangju City as the first of its kind nationwide, aimed at infants and young children at risk of developmental delay and disabilities. This project conducts four developmental tests for all age groups of children to enable early detection and early intervention, providing customized services according to developmental stages.
