Fire Lieutenant Eunseon Kim made a significant contribution to supporting the construction of national advanced industries by operating the nation’s first 'Rapid Metropolitan Fire Civil Service Center' in Gyeonggi Fire Department, handling swift approvals for building permits and the commencement and completion of fire facility construction.

Accordingly, various fire-related permits and approvals that previously had to be submitted and processed individually at each local fire station were handled all at once through the metropolitan fire civil service center, reducing a process that used to take 60 days to just two days.

In addition, she operated the 'My Civil Complaint Immediate Notification System,' which resolves the progress and difficulties of civil complaint processing in real time.

Fire Lieutenant Eunseon Kim said, "This award is the result of the efforts of all Gyeonggi Fire Department staff who are dedicated solely to the residents," and added, "I will continue to do my best to drastically improve fire administration services with a strong sense of duty so that residents experience no inconvenience."
