The Fire Policy Advisory Committee is composed of experts from various fields such as the legal sector, academia, medical field, and businesses to develop fire policies reflecting regional characteristics and to discover effective disaster safety policies through communication and cooperation between the public and private sectors.

At the meeting, the committee discussed ▲ directions for establishing fire policies and evaluation of major initiatives ▲ consultation on issues and improvement measures for the development of fire policies ▲ strengthening autonomous safety management capabilities through public-private joint consultative bodies ▲ legal advice on fire administration matters such as lawsuits, complaints, and civil petitions.
Go Young-ju, Chief of Suwon Nambu Fire Station, said, "I would like to express my gratitude to the members of the Fire Policy Advisory Committee for willingly accepting their roles despite their busy schedules," and emphasized, "Through continuous cooperation between the public and private sectors, we will discover fire policies tailored to the characteristics of Suwon City and do our best for the safety of citizens."
