This education covered key topics such as prevention of sexual harassment and sexual violence in the workplace, aiming to emphasize the importance of proper problem awareness, protection of victims' rights, and prevention of secondary damage.

On that day, Ko Nam-sook, director of the Family Coaching Counseling Center, was invited to speak on the theme "Solutions for Violence Prevention - Gender Sensitivity," addressing topics including "Types and Prevention of Digital Sexual Crimes" and "Prevention and Response to Stalking Crimes," enhancing participants' understanding through real case examples.

Additionally, detailed explanations were provided on the victim support system and reporting procedures in case of violence, offering practical information not only for prevention but also for effective response when incidents occur.

Mayor Park Hyung-deok stated, "We will continuously promote regular education and campaigns to raise awareness of violence prevention within the organization and to create a trusted organizational culture," adding, "We will do our best to establish a healthy organizational culture based on mutual respect and consideration where everyone can work with peace of mind."
