The signing ceremony held in the seminar room of the Busan Metropolitan City Judo Association was attended by Ju Seong-bin, head of the Department of Police Administration at Dong-Eui University, along with department professors, and Shin Deuk-seong, president of the Busan Metropolitan City Judo Association, and staff members.
According to the agreement, both organizations will cooperate in △ joint use of facilities for training and education of specialized personnel △ development and participation in programs such as curricula, field training, and internships △ support for the department’s own judo promotion examinations and related activities.
Department Head Ju Seong-bin expressed expectations, saying, “The Department of Police Administration operates martial arts practical classes to cultivate criminal justice experts who combine both literary and martial skills. At a time when martial arts certification is becoming mandatory for police recruitment exams, providing students with an efficient educational environment and systematic judo classes to conveniently learn martial arts and obtain judo certification will be a significant competitive advantage.”
