Mirae Asset Securities announced on the 21st that the profit from overseas stocks for customers increased by 11.4 trillion KRW as of the 12th of this month compared to the beginning of the year, bringing the total balance to 36.5 trillion KRW.
This is the result of a combination of customers' long-term investment tendencies in global innovative companies, asset allocation strategies, and customized customer services. In particular, the rise in stock prices of major global innovative companies such as Tesla and Nvidia played a significant role in increasing customer profits. Mirae Asset Securities has shared investment strategies focused on global innovative companies with high future growth potential and growth regions with customers based on the principle of "investing where growth occurs."
The top holdings in customers' portfolios?Nvidia, Tesla, Microsoft, Apple, and Broadcom?each recorded high returns, contributing to the growth of customer assets. Nvidia achieved a 166% return, generating approximately 3.3 trillion KRW in unrealized gains for customers, while Tesla posted a 70% return, adding about 2.5 trillion KRW in unrealized gains. Additionally, Microsoft, Apple, and Broadcom recorded returns of 42%, 60%, and 155%, respectively, indicating that all top five stocks are composed of highly innovative companies with strong growth potential. This demonstrates a differentiated asset allocation effect compared to temporarily trending meme stocks and is evaluated as having achieved stable performance from a long-term perspective.
Mirae Asset Securities provides various solutions incorporating artificial intelligence (AI) to customers and continues relentless research at headquarters and branches to improve customer returns. The monthly Customer Asset Allocation Committee proposes global asset allocation strategies and offers optimal investment solutions through AI-based company analysis reports, hyper-personalized robo-advisors, and wealth tech services.
