The Ulsan Metropolitan Office of Education (Superintendent Cheon Chang-su) will hold a "Learning and College Admission Strategy Seminar for Prospective High School Freshmen in collaboration with the Ulsan Office of Education and the Korean Educational Broadcasting System (EBS)" on the 25th at the main auditorium of the Office of Education.

This seminar will be conducted for about 400 middle school students and their parents in the Ulsan area, featuring two lectures over two hours starting at 6:30 PM.

In the first lecture, Kim Ji-woo, the lead English instructor from the Korean Educational Broadcasting System, will provide a 50-minute session focusing on strategies for learning English for school grades and the College Scholastic Ability Test (CSAT), guiding students on high school study methods.

The second lecture will be delivered by Jung Je-won, the lead college admission instructor from the Korean Educational Broadcasting System, who will explain the changes in the 2028 college admission system over 70 minutes. Since the 2028 admission system will be applied for the first time to 9th-grade students, this seminar is expected to alleviate anxiety among students and parents and assist in college admission preparation.

The Ulsan Office of Education accepted applications for participation from the 11th to the 20th via the Ulsan Career and College Admission Support Center website.

On the day of the event, participants will receive a Korean Educational Broadcasting System college admission seminar booklet.

The recorded video of the seminar will be available for viewing 1 to 2 weeks later on the websites of the Korean Educational Broadcasting System and the Ulsan Career and College Admission Support Center.

A college admission officer from the Ulsan Office of Education said, "The 2028 college admission system includes many unfamiliar aspects for prospective high school freshmen, which may cause anxiety. Through this seminar, we aim to address questions from students and parents and support systematic college admission preparation."

Additional applications can be made on-site on the day of the event, and detailed information can be obtained by contacting the Ulsan Career and College Admission Support Center.
