Senior Residence 'Wirye Simphonia' Provides Remote Health Care Services

HanmiGlobal D&I Signs MOU with Soldak and SL Platform

HanmiGlobal's real estate development subsidiary, HanmiGlobal D&I, announced on the 21st that it has signed a multilateral memorandum of understanding (MOU) with telemedicine solution company Soldoc and SL Platform.

Through this agreement, residents of the senior residence 'Wirye Symphonia' will be able to conveniently experience home care, non-face-to-face medical treatment, and health consultations from home. This is achieved by linking Soldoc's telemedicine network and medical institution-specialized telemedicine solutions with SL Platform's home care platform.

Soldoc is the largest telemedicine solution company in Korea, providing optimized telemedicine infrastructure technology and related services such as ▲IT solutions specialized for medical institutions in telemedicine (Soldoc Partners software) ▲building telemedicine business infrastructure ▲remote monitoring technology combining Internet of Things (IoT) and Artificial Intelligence (AI).

SL Platform is a lifestyle proptech company that comprehensively provides space services within real estate. It offers professional services including real estate asset management and rental operations, community facility and residential service operations, and operation of lifestyle lodging facilities. In the future, it plans to provide healthcare services such as health management and data-based diet recommendations for residents.

A representative of HanmiGlobal D&I stated, "We expect that the introduction of this digital remote health management service will greatly help residents manage their health," adding, "We will continue to do our best to provide high-quality services to further increase resident satisfaction."

Meanwhile, Wirye Symphonia, located in Jangji-dong, Songpa-gu, Seoul, is the first senior residence in Songpa-gu, offering residents the rich living infrastructure and convenient transportation environment of Wirye New Town. It is scheduled for move-in in March next year, and residents can prepare to move in immediately after signing contracts for designated units on a first-come, first-served basis.
