Operation of a Partner Support Program Worth Approximately 69.8 Billion KRW Over the Next 3 Years
The Win-Win Growth Committee and Daesang Corporation announced on the 21st that they signed a voluntary agreement to resolve polarization at JW Marriott Seoul.
Through this agreement, Daesang plans to operate a support program for partner companies worth approximately 69.8 billion KRW over the next three years starting this year to bridge the gap between large and small-to-medium enterprises and strengthen the competitiveness of its partners.
By signing the agreement, Daesang pledged to further solidify its relationships with partner companies and operate support programs tailored to the characteristics of the food industry, continuing to develop a business model that grows together with its partners.
Under this agreement, Daesang will strive to comply with the three payment principles (paying the right price, paying on time, and paying properly) in transactions such as subcontracting, consignment, delivery, and services with partner companies. Additionally, to enhance the competitiveness of partner SMEs, Daesang will provide support in various areas including wage and welfare support, joint technology development support, productivity improvement support, sustainable management support, market development support, and operation of a win-win growth fund.
The Win-Win Growth Committee will actively cooperate to create opportunities for technical and purchasing consultations to ensure smooth implementation of polarization resolution and win-win growth activities for partner SMEs, as well as support the identification and promotion of best practices.
Lee Dal-gon, Chairman of the Win-Win Growth Committee, stated, "Daesang's growth engine comes from the strong backing of many partner companies," and added, "We ask that you continue to provide various opportunities to move forward together with your partners and achieve sustainable growth through mutual prosperity."
