The eco-friendly mud balls are natural purifiers made by mixing EM (Effective Micro-organisms) solution, a beneficial microorganism, with loess soil. They help purify the water quality of rivers and streams and eliminate odors.

About 20 employees from the Audit Office, including Park Gong-woo, Standing Auditor of the Oil Corporation, participated in the event. After throwing the mud balls, they walked around the Taehwagang National Garden area and conducted plogging activities by collecting trash around the river and the Sipridaesup bamboo forest. Since 2022, the Oil Corporation has been continuously conducting the 'G9 KNOC Plogging' campaign, which involves exercising and cleaning up litter in the headquarters and nine regional stockpiling offices.
