Amid rising sale prices, 'Munsan Station 3rd Dongmoon The East Central' is gaining attention as a prime complex in the metropolitan area. It is being recognized as a cost-effective apartment with sale prices in the 200 million KRW range based on a 59㎡ exclusive area.

The sale price starts at 283.7 million KRW for the 59㎡ units, while the 74㎡ and 84㎡ units are priced in the 300 to 400 million KRW range.


The complex is located close to Munsan Station on the Gyeongui-Jungang Line, allowing quick access to Seoul.
