"Will Pursue Legal Responsibility After Termination of Shareholders' Agreement"
Former ADORE CEO Min Hee-jin is leaving ADORE and its parent company HYBE.
On the 20th, Min stated in a press release, "Today, I am terminating the shareholder agreement with HYBE and resigning from my position as an inside director of ADORE."
She also announced, "I intend to hold HYBE legally accountable for violations of the shareholder agreement," adding, "Furthermore, I plan to take necessary legal actions one by one against HYBE and its affiliates for numerous illegal activities."
