Incheon City will hold the "1st Incheon Social Economy Expo" at Songdo Convensia on the 22nd and 23rd.

This expo is the first social economy expo organized by Incheon City, planned to spread the value of the social economy and secure sustainable growth engines.

Seventy social economy enterprises will participate in the expo, operating over 100 booths, and approximately 5,000 people, including social economy organization officials, related institutions, and general citizens, are expected to visit.

The main programs of the event include operating the "Social Plus Market," which promotes and sells products from various social economy enterprises, networking and discussion sessions among social economy organizations, policy seminars related to the social economy, and a youth idea contest. Through these, the event is expected to raise awareness of the importance of the social economy and provide a platform to discuss new ideas and policy measures.

To help citizens become more familiar with products from social economy enterprises, the city will offer a 15% cashback when purchasing products using the local currency "Incheon Eum Card" at booths during the event period. In addition, various events for visitors will be prepared.

An official from Incheon City stated, "We hope this expo will be helpful to Incheon's social economy enterprises," and added, "We will continue to promote various policies to realize the value of the social economy."
