Lecture by Lee Chang-gil, CEO of Incheon Gaehang-ro Project
Osan City in Gyeonggi Province will hold a lecture titled "Branding and Marketing Strategies for Revitalizing the Food Service Industry" on the 3rd of next month at the Mulhyanggi Room on the 2nd floor of City Hall, targeting self-employed individuals and prospective entrepreneurs.
The lecture is organized to support the food service industry, which is facing economic difficulties due to prolonged economic downturns such as rising ingredient costs and labor shortages, and to provide citizens hoping to start a business with an opportunity to benchmark successful entrepreneurs.

Based on his experience leading local projects to success, CEO Lee will share ▲practical tips from branding to marketing methods ▲ways to utilize local resources such as converting old buildings into cafes ▲revitalizing old downtown and alley commercial districts into tourist attractions ▲and the success story of Incheon’s "Gaehang-ro Project."
The lecture is open to the first 80 applicants on a first-come, first-served basis. For more details, please contact the Food Hygiene Division, Hygiene Policy Team at Osan City Hall.
