Shindonga Construction Unveils Sample House for 'Sinjinju Station Area Familier Piace'

Up to 15% Discount on Sale Prices for Existing and New Contract Holders

Shindonga Construction announced on the 20th that it will open the sample house of the block-type detached housing "Sinjinju Station Area Familier Piace," developed in blocks 27 and 28 of the Sinjinju Station area in Gajwa-dong, Jinju-si, Gyeongnam, to contract holders and the general public.

A sample house is constructed with added interior finishes identical to those of general households to preemptively address potential issues that may arise after completion by construction companies. By showing an actual space rather than a model, it has the advantage of increasing trust among potential buyers.


The sample house unveiled by Shindonga Construction this time is an exclusive 84㎡ type in block 28. Furniture, lighting, and accessories have been upgraded to maintain a premium concept befitting the complex's quality. While typical sample houses often use small-sized furniture or accessories not sold on the market to make spaces appear larger, the furniture arranged in this sample house was produced and placed in full size.

Familier Piace consists of a total of 104 households, all with an exclusive area of 84㎡, in a three-story building. Designed as a "complex-type high-end residential product," the block-type detached houses are grouped like an apartment complex with three-story houses. It combines the advantages of detached houses such as yards, gardens, and terraces with the benefits of apartments including parking, security, management, and community facilities. All units are provided with terraces and attics as a service.


Shindonga Construction has also significantly eased the sales conditions. Up to 15% discount on the sale price is offered not only to existing contract holders but also to new contract holders. This amounts to approximately 100 million KRW in discount benefits. The complex was completed in April and is available for immediate move-in upon contract. Buyers can carefully inspect the complex by visiting the sample house before signing a contract, reducing concerns about defects.


A sales official explained, "Familier Piace is a rare high-end detached housing in Jinju, attracting many customers who value personal privacy," adding, "Remaining units are selling quickly, and we expect to sell out within the year."
