The Administrative Mutual Aid Association Successfully Concludes the 'Wellness Camp'

The Administrative Mutual Aid Association announced on the 20th that it has successfully concluded two recent wellness camps.


Both one-night, two-day programs consisted of various activities aimed at promoting a healthy lifestyle. The Administrative Mutual Aid Association offered participants time to heal both body and mind with different themes.

The first camp was held on the 9th at The Ocean Resort in Yeosu. Under the theme of ‘Body Care,’ the program included exercise prescriptions, GX Sports Medical Barre, spinning, and Hyperfit. Participants strengthened their body and mind in nature through various activities such as exciting Zumba, Banyasa yoga, and beach running.


The second camp took place on the 16th at the Kensington Resort in Gyeongju. Focused on the theme of ‘Mind Care,’ this camp provided time to find inner peace through yoga and meditation. Programs for emotional healing, such as ‘Theater to Meet Myself,’ and an aroma therapy session learning about emotional oil classes were also offered.


The organizers expressed hope that participants gained new vitality through the diverse programs. The wellness camps will continue to provide richer healing experiences in the future.
