Signed Strategic Equity Investment Agreement

Igloo Corporation is accelerating its new business expansion by partnering with a cloud security specialist company.

Igloo Corporation, an artificial intelligence (AI)-based security operation and analysis platform company, announced on the 20th that it has signed a strategic equity investment agreement with Astron Security, a cloud security specialist company.

Astron Security is a company that possesses technology for developing Cloud Native Application Protection Platform (CNAPP) solutions and cloud native security consulting capabilities specialized in the public sector. CNAPP is a security technology that integrates cloud security posture management (CSPM), cloud infrastructure entitlement management (CIEM), and cloud workload protection platform (CWPP) into a single solution and prioritizes risks.

Starting with this investment, Igloo Corporation plans to expand technology exchanges and discover new cloud security business opportunities. Based on its unique experience in solution development, construction, and operation, as well as security monitoring know-how, Igloo Corporation intends to enhance the efficiency and stability of work environments by applying new security frameworks such as multi-layer security system (MLS), cloud native, zero trust, and software bill of materials (SBOM) to security platforms covering both on-premises and cloud.
