'Acro Vestinew,' recognized as the first high-end landmark in Pyeongchon, closed its first-priority subscription with a single-digit competition rate.
According to the Korea Real Estate Agency's subscription homepage on the 20th, the first-priority subscription results (excluding special supply) for 'Acro Vestinew' conducted the previous day showed that 1,299 applicants applied for 217 households, recording an average competition rate of 5.66 to 1.
The highest competition rate by exclusive area was 19.29 to 1 for 59㎡B. This was followed by ▲39㎡ 12.6 to 1 ▲84㎡ 10.74 to 1 ▲74㎡B 5.80 to 1 ▲59㎡A 4.13 to 1, respectively.
This complex, supplied through the redevelopment project of Anyang Hogye Oncheon, is being constructed with 10 buildings ranging from 3 basement floors to 37 above-ground floors, totaling 1,011 households. The sale price averages 40.7 million KRW per 3.3㎡, with the 59㎡ exclusive area priced between 995.2 million and 1.0895 billion KRW. As a post-sale complex, balcony expansion and system air conditioning are provided as standard, and the 10% down payment can be paid in two installments. The announcement of winners is scheduled for the 27th, and the official contract period is from the 9th to the 11th of next month. Move-in is planned for March 2025.
