Korea Investment Trust Management announced on the 20th that it will hold an event to collect two types of ACE Exchange-Traded Funds (ETFs) together with Toss Bank until the 31st of next month.
The event can be participated in through the 'Pension Collection' menu within Toss Bank. After opening a Korea Investment & Securities pension account linked with Toss Bank, investors can choose to invest in either the ACE US S&P500 ETF or the ACE US Nasdaq100 ETF. When collecting pensions with the two ACE ETFs in the pension account, a Starbucks Americano gifticon will be provided. Each person can receive up to three gifticons, and the balance must be maintained until the prize distribution period in January next year.
The ACE US S&P500 ETF and ACE US Nasdaq100 ETF are representative products of Korea Investment Trust Management's ACE ETFs, each surpassing 1 trillion KRW in net asset value in May and August respectively. As of the 19th, the net asset value of the ACE US S&P500 ETF is 1.4065 trillion KRW, and the ACE US Nasdaq100 ETF is 1.1032 trillion KRW.
Since the beginning of this year, individual investor funds flowing into the ACE US S&P500 ETF and ACE US Nasdaq100 ETF have reached 323.4 billion KRW and 249.7 billion KRW, respectively.
The personal net purchase amount recorded by the ACE US S&P500 ETF ranks third among 23 domestically listed ETFs tracking the S&P500. The average net purchase amount by individual investors flowing into domestically listed S&P500 tracking ETFs this year is only 124.7 billion KRW.
The same applies to the ACE US Nasdaq100 ETF. The 249.7 billion KRW net purchase amount by individual investors flowing into the ACE US Nasdaq100 ETF exceeds the average of 113.9 billion KRW among 16 domestically listed Nasdaq100 tracking ETFs.
Seunghyun Kim, head of ETF consulting at Korea Investment Trust Management, said, "The two ACE ETFs investing in high-growth representative US indices are good investment products to accumulate in pension accounts," adding, "We hope that more investors will become interested in pension investment using ACE ETFs through the event with Toss Bank."
He continued, "If you are concerned about a pension investment portfolio including the ACE US S&P500 ETF and ACE US Nasdaq100 ETF, you can refer to the 'ACE ETF Pension Investment Guidebook' revised and published last month," adding, "The guidebook can be found on the website as well as on the internet book platform 'Millie's Library'."
Both the ACE US S&P500 ETF and ACE US Nasdaq100 ETF are performance dividend-type products, and principal loss may occur depending on the management results.
