[Weather] Morning Low of -9°C Below Freezing... "Ice and Frost in Central Regions"

On the morning of Wednesday the 20th, most regions nationwide, including the central area, will be cloudy and cold with low temperatures.

According to the Korea Meteorological Administration on the 19th, tomorrow (the 20th), ice will form and frost will occur in some inland central areas. Except for Gangwon Yeongdong, the entire country is expected to be mostly cloudy.

Along the coast of Jeonnam, raindrops less than 0.1mm will fall between dawn and morning, and rain will begin from night in Incheon and the western coastal areas of Gyeonggi.

The morning low temperatures are forecasted to be between -2 and 9 degrees Celsius, and the daytime high temperatures between 9 and 16 degrees Celsius.

Fine dust levels are expected to be between 'Good' and 'Moderate' across all regions. However, in Incheon and southern Gyeonggi, levels may temporarily reach 'Bad' at night.

Sea waves will be 0.5 to 1.5 meters in the East Sea and South Sea nearshore waters, and 0.5 to 1.0 meters in the West Sea nearshore waters. In the offshore waters (about 200 km from the coastline), wave heights are predicted to be 0.5 to 2.0 meters in the East Sea, and 0.5 to 1.5 meters in the West Sea and South Sea.
