Pyeongtaek City in Gyeonggi Province is set to hold an investment attraction briefing session to draw corporate investments. On the 19th, Pyeongtaek City announced that it will host the investment attraction briefing session on the 26th at the Npalace Convention near Pyeongtaek Jije Station.
Under the slogan "A lifelong corporate partner, choosing Pyeongtaek," the briefing session will provide information on the city's future vision, investment environment, corporate support incentives, and details about the sale of plots in the "Pyeongtaek Brain City General Industrial Complex." The Brain City industrial complex is the largest general industrial complex in Gyeonggi Province, combining industrial, research, medical, and residential facilities. It is being developed over an area of 4,821,430 square meters in the Doil and Jangan-dong areas of Pyeongtaek City.
During the session, the city will also present investment cases in Brain City by local Pyeongtaek companies such as Kyungdong Navien, which accounts for 80% of domestic boiler exports, and Miko Power, a hydrogen-specialized company.
Jung Jang-seon, mayor of Pyeongtaek, stated, "Pyeongtaek is home to advanced companies and research institutions such as Samsung Electronics and KAIST, and with transportation infrastructure including Pyeongtaek Port, the Greater Seoul Metropolitan Express Railway (GTX), and KTX, it offers an excellent environment for businesses." He added, "We hope that more companies will take an interest in Pyeongtaek through this briefing session."
