The School Bell contains the message that online crimes will definitely be punished, actual arrest cases, applicable laws, and precautions, and is produced in a card news format according to the type of crime.

Looking at major arrest cases, high school student A repeatedly engaged in gambling dozens of times, lent gambling funds to friends, and encouraged them. Later, when the borrowed money could not be repaid, he threatened their parents and was arrested by the police on charges of extortion. In addition, high school students B and C were arrested as 'accomplices in the production of false videos' under the Special Act on Sexual Violence for producing and requesting deepfake videos targeting adults.

.

The Seoul Metropolitan Police Agency will also operate an 'Intensive Prevention Period for Youth Online Crimes.' It is scheduled to continue until February 9, when the winter vacation ends, and the crime targets are the same as those under the School Bell issuance. During this period, intensive online crime prevention education, intelligence gathering, and linkage activities with specialized institutions for addicted youths will be conducted.

Kim Bong-sik, Commissioner of the Seoul Metropolitan Police Agency, said, "Recently, youth online crimes have caused significant social problems, and the extent of damage is as serious as that of adults, so active response is important. The police plan to respond strictly," adding, "We will take a comprehensive approach not only to crackdowns and arrests but also to prevention activities to stop the spread of damage and activities to prevent recurrence."
