Digital Smart Busan Academy, Signing of International Exchange LOI
The Digital Smart Busan Academy Project Group at Pukyong National University (Director Professor No Maeng-seok) signed a Letter of Intent (LOI) for cooperation on 'Digital New Technology Education' with eight universities from Indonesia at the Pukyong Convention Hall on the 15th.
Pukyong National University announced on the 18th that through this LOI signing between the university project group and Indonesian universities, they agreed to promote mutual cooperation related to 'Digital New Technology Education' and to strengthen educational capabilities and research activities through student and faculty exchanges.
The Indonesian universities participating in this LOI signing are △Universitas Bhayangkara Jakarta Raya △Universitas Bina Sarana Informatika △Universitas Gunadarma △Universitas Siber Asia △Universitas Multimedia Nusantara △Universitas Nasional △Universitas Respati Indonesia △STIKES Abdi Nusantara Jakarta, totaling eight institutions.
To enhance academic exchanges on digital new technologies and this LOI signing, more than 30 people including Toni Toharudin, the Higher Education Superintendent of Jakarta LLDikti Wilayah Ⅲ region in Indonesia, deans of each university, and heads of international cooperation organizations visited Pukyong National University and held an international conference over two days on the 14th and 15th, conducting lectures and discussions on data analysis and AI for digital new technology academy education.
No Maeng-seok, Director of the Digital Smart Busan Academy Project Group, said, “This provided an opportunity to seek mutual cooperation measures while actively promoting Pukyong National University and the Digital Smart Busan Academy externally, as well as academic exchanges on data analysis and AI digital new technologies with excellent Indonesian universities.”
