Opening of Paju Youth Free Space 'Swimpyio' Branch No. 6

The 'Paju City Youth Free Space Shimpyo Branch No. 6,' where any youth can freely enjoy rest, held its opening ceremony on the 15th and officially began operations.

According to Paju City on the 18th, the opening ceremony was attended by Paju City officials, the chairman of the Paju City Council, council members, heads of local organizations, and local residents.

Shimpyo Youth Free Space is a youth-exclusive rest and communication space where local youth can comfortably stay, interact with peers, and enjoy various activities.

Designed reflecting the opinions of youth, 'Paju City Youth Free Space Shimpyo Branch No. 6' is equipped with various facilities such as a book cafe, karaoke, games, and leisure activity rooms, and customized programs for the future of youth will be operated.

Shimpyo Branch No. 6 is located at 46 Gongneung Jangteo-gil, Jori-eup, and its operating hours are from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. on weekdays (Tuesday to Friday) and from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. on Saturdays. It is closed on Sundays, Mondays, and public holidays.

Kim Su-tae, head of the Youth and Adolescents Division, said, "Youth are the future of the local community, and it is important to create an environment where they can grow up healthy and happy. We expect Shimpyo Branch No. 6 to play a strong supportive role in nurturing and realizing the dreams of youth."
