On Saturday the 16th, the whole country will be mostly cloudy with rain in some areas.
Jeju Island is expected to receive 5 to 20 mm of rain from the 15th to the early morning of the 17th, but some areas will experience a lull. Until tomorrow morning, less than 5 mm of rain may fall temporarily along the eastern coast of Gangwon Yeongdong and the northern coastal area of Gyeongbuk.

From the afternoon of the 16th, occasional rain will fall in the central region and Jeolla area, and from night, raindrops less than 0.1 mm will fall in the western inland area of Gyeongsang. The expected precipitation over the two days until the 17th is around 5 to 10 mm in Seoul, Incheon, Gyeonggi, and the five western islands, 10 to 40 mm in the Gangwon mountain area, and about 5 mm in Daejeon, Sejong, Chungnam, Chungbuk, Gwangju, Jeonnam, and Jeonbuk.
The morning low temperature is forecast to be between 9 and 17 degrees Celsius, and the daytime high temperature between 18 and 23 degrees Celsius. Daytime temperatures will rise to around 20 degrees Celsius in most areas, making it mild.
Fine dust levels will be 'good' to 'moderate' nationwide due to smooth atmospheric dispersion and the effect of precipitation. From early morning to morning, fog with visibility less than 1 km may form mainly inland.
From night, strong winds with gusts around 70 km/h are expected in the Gangwon mountain area, and winds will gradually strengthen with high waves in the outer sea of the West Sea.
In the West Sea and southern East Sea, there may be gusts accompanied by thunder and lightning, so caution is needed to prevent maritime accidents. Wave heights in the nearshore areas of the East Sea, West Sea, and South Sea will be 0.5 to 1.5 meters. In the outer sea, wave heights are predicted to be 0.5 to 1.5 meters in the East Sea, 0.5 to 2.5 meters in the West Sea, and 0.5 to 2.0 meters in the South Sea.
