Various Convenience Features Including Sleep Induction and Independent Left-Right Temperature Control
Gidulami has launched an initiative to dominate the domestic heated mat market during winter with the enhanced convenience and sleep technology of the ‘Gidulami 3rd Generation Carbon Mat Ondol’.
On the 18th, Gidulami announced that its flagship heated mat product, the ‘Gidulami 3rd Generation Carbon Mat Ondol,’ integrates the controller and adapter into a single unit. Compared to the previous separated carbon mats, this design offers neater wiring, eliminates inconveniences such as adapter cable disconnection, and ensures safety.
The integrated adapter smart controller features a touch display on the front and includes a voice guidance function for operation information, enhancing user convenience. Additionally, it has built-in Bluetooth functionality, allowing users to turn the carbon mat on and off via smartphone connectivity. Temperature control and function settings can also be managed remotely.
Various convenience features aimed at promoting restful sleep have also been applied. First, there is an ‘automatic temperature control system’ that sets the optimal sleep temperature according to the user’s sleep pattern. There is also a ‘sleep mode’ that maintains a cozy temperature of 33 degrees Celsius for 9 hours to facilitate deep sleep. The mat includes a ‘left-right separate heating’ function that allows individual temperature adjustment on each side according to personal preference. The display can be turned off when not in use and reactivated by touch to aid uninterrupted sleep. Another advantage is the emission of far-infrared radiant heat, which is beneficial to the human body and creates a healthy and warm sleep environment.
Safety is also a standout feature. The ‘Gidulami 3rd Generation Carbon Mat Ondol’ uses special carbon heating wires made from aramid advanced fibers, which are five times stronger than steel, and has passed 800,000 bending tests, eliminating concerns about wire breakage and fire hazards, according to Gidulami. A Gidulami Boiler official stated, “The 3rd generation carbon mat overcomes the electromagnetic wave issues of the 1st generation electric mats and the leakage, bacteria, and water refilling inconveniences of the 2nd generation water mats, making it a next-generation heated mat. It is not only light and thin but can also be washed in a washing machine like a regular blanket and folded for storage. With various sleep technologies added, it can be conveniently used by people of all ages to enjoy a cozy winter.”
