Damyang-gun, Jeollanam-do held a workshop in two sessions on the 7th-8th and 14th-15th in Geoje-si, Gyeongsangnam-do, targeting civil complaint handling officers from the main office and town and township offices to relieve stress and strengthen complaint response capabilities.
This workshop was organized using special grants secured through winning the 'Excellence Award' in this year's comprehensive civil service evaluation. It aimed to relieve stress caused by handling unique complaints (malicious and abusive language), restore self-esteem, and enhance complaint response skills.
Programs for stress relief included 'Stress Management and Resilience,' 'Terrarium Making,' and a 'Personal Color Special Lecture.' For job competency enhancement, the workshop featured a 'Seoul City Civil Complaint Response Techniques Lecture' and a special lecture by County Governor Lee Byeong-no, promoting recovery and skill development.
Governor Lee Byeong-no said, "I hope this was a time for public officials on the front lines of complaint handling to relieve accumulated work stress and recharge. We will continue to operate specialized programs for civil complaint officers to provide better services to our residents."
