Existing HR Department Name Also Changed to EX
Yuhan-Kimberly announced on the 15th that it received the Grand Prize in the Household Goods category at the '2024 Korea Human Resource Development Awards.'

Yuhan-Kimberly has created a corporate culture that allows employees to focus on both work and life based on flexible work systems such as a lifelong learning-based 4-shift 2-team system and staggered working hours. This has also led to family-friendly management and smart work management innovation.

In 2022, the existing HR department was renamed EX (Employee eXperience) to enable employees to utilize various growth and experience opportunities throughout their life cycle.
