GH, 59 Detached Housing Lots for Sale in Dongtan2

Gyeonggi Housing and Urban Corporation (GH) will supply 59 residential-only detached house lots in Block D34 of the Hwaseong Dongtan 2 Housing Development District through a lottery system.

The lot size for the residential-only detached house lots in Hwaseong Dongtan 2 ranges from 231 to 274㎡, with prices ranging from 481,635,000 to 611,020,000 KRW.

With a building coverage ratio of 50% and a floor area ratio of 80%, buildings can be constructed up to 2 floors and for no more than 2 households.

Applicants must be household heads registered as residents as of the announcement date, and one lot can be applied for per household. Applications can be submitted through the GH Land Sales System (https://buy.gh.or.kr) by the 26th of this month.

Hwaseong Dongtan 2 is the largest self-sufficient hub city in the Seoul metropolitan area. With the opening of the GTX-A Line Dongtan Station in April, it takes about 20 minutes to reach Suseo Station in Seoul. Additionally, intercity bus service connecting Dongtan Station with Sejong and Daejeon areas began in September, strengthening the previously criticized connectivity.
