Paratech, a specialized fire protection equipment company, achieved results by the third quarter of this year that nearly matched last year's annual performance. On the 14th, Paratech announced that its cumulative consolidated sales for the third quarter increased by 30.8% compared to the same period last year, reaching 214.8 billion KRW. This is the highest third-quarter performance in the company's history. When combined with the fourth quarter results, a significant growth trend in performance is expected for this year.
After successfully turning a profit in the first quarter, Paratech continued to maintain profitability in both operating profit and net profit through the third quarter, strengthening both external growth and internal stability. The cumulative operating profit for the third quarter was 3.8 billion KRW, and net profit was 1.7 billion KRW, marking a successful return to profitability.
According to Paratech, sales in the fire protection equipment sector alone reached 155.2 billion KRW by the third quarter, an increase of approximately 51.2% compared to the same period last year, driving the growth in performance. The company explained that profitability was greatly improved through continuous internal management and structural improvements.
Park Seon-gi, CEO of Paratech, said, “Our employees worked together with one heart to achieve this record-breaking performance in the third quarter,” adding, “We will do our best until the end of the year to continue these good results and make an even greater leap next year.”
Meanwhile, Paratech’s recently developed ‘Non-Interlock Valve’ for responding to electric vehicle fires in underground parking lots is attracting significant attention in the fire protection and construction industries, with inquiries pouring in.
